Many workers around the world are being exploited in the workplace because they are vulnerable for different reasons and in different ways. ETI's Access to remedy principles are applicable to any workers, but they are aimed specifically at the case of migrant workers, who, due to very particular vulnerabilities, need additional protection and support from their worker representatives, employers, businesses and governments.
