Mahmood Bhutta is an ENT surgeon in Oxford and a research fellow at the University of Oxford. In 2007 he formed the Medical Fair and Ethical Trade Group at the British Medical Association to investigate, promote and facilitate fair and ethical trade in the production and supply of commodities to healthcare.
