At the overall impact level, we are working towards a world in which “women workers enjoy equal treatment with men in the workplace” (ETI Strategic Pillar 1). This means supporting our members and other stakeholders to ensure that both women and men workers’ rights are protected and respected, and that they have equal access to opportunities and to remedy when their rights are violated.
